Adrian Childress

Adrian Ann) studied clay and  fiber arts at Florida State University, receiving a B.S. and the University of Tennessee, receiving a M.S. and she has taken classes at Arrowmont,John C. Campbell and Penland.  A Florida native, Adrian has lived in Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia over the past 30 years while working for the NPS.  After retirement, she established her pottery studio in Hillsville, Virginia.  Her clay work focuses primarily on the design and creation of utilitarian items that function as fine art for daily use.  Adrian’s work is on display for sale in the
