Rebecca Gammon is a retired lady who is paralyzed and in a wheelchair. She is an avid animal lover, presently sharing a home with three birds, a cat and a dog. She loves crafts and is now making “parachute cord” bracelets. They are displayed at Carroll County Tourism Office. 276-235-2888
