OPENING CEREMONY with a fair-related PARADE featuring the CCHS Band, 2018 Miss Carroll County Pageant winners, antique tractors and more!

4:00 pm…………………..Parade Line-up – Southwest VA Farmers’ Market RETAIL Parking Lot 
5:00 pm…………………..PARADE beginning at the Retail Parking lot and ending at the Main Area of the Fairgrounds. The parade will feature the Carroll County High School Band, 2018 Miss Carroll County      Pageant Winners, Antique Tractors, & more!!!
5:15 pm…………………..OPENING CEREMONY/Ribbon Cutting
5:30………………………..Performance by the Carroll County High School Band
