5:00 pm…………………..COUNTY FAIR PARADE beginning at the Retail Parking lot and ending at the Main Arena of the Fairgrounds. The parade will feature the Carroll County High School Band, 2018 Miss Carroll County Pageant Winners, Antique Tractors, & much more!!!
5:15 pm…………………..OPENING CEREMONY/Ribbon Cutting
5:30………………………..Performance by the Carroll County High School Band
